As someone who owns as many pairs of frames as pairs of shoes, finding an eyeglass store I can trust is paramount. James and his staff at EyeDeal Optical are simply exceptional. The service, turn around time, communication and overall shopping experience is turn-key. James has an amazing business here and I encourage you to shop local and stop in.
Had an awesome experience and got a lovely new pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses out of it! They have a great selection to choose from. I’m a bit indecisive, but with a little extra help and another opinion from James, I was able to find two pairs that I absolutely love. Service was phenomenal! Professional, fun, and very helpful! Definitely will be going here from now on to get my new frames.
Broke my glasses that were a little over a year old, and went in to this store to check out pricing and selection. They fixed my broken frames at no charge - I didn't even purchase them here. Went and got a new prescription in my vision network, and purchased my new glasses at EyeDeal. I went to a different local store (in-network for insurance) and they wanted over twice the money for similar frames and lenses, and that was after insurance! Needless to say, I'll never purchase glasses anywhere else. I've also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from here - and I've still saved money over what the other place wanted!
The best customer service I have ever had!!! You can tell this is a family owned store, and not a chain. The owner is so talented at what he does, and somehow is able to do it way cheaper than anyone else. I would highly recommend them. They also fixed my sons other pair of glasses while we were there. The store we bought them from had tried 3 times with no success. So now my son has 2 pair of great glasses!
Had a minor emergency when my glasses broke 6 days before I went on a trip to Europe for work. Got an appointment quickly and easily on Tuesday, had glasses in hand on Thursday. The toughest part was picking out some frames which was actually pretty easy! Dr. Nuccio was very friendly and helpful, as was all the staff. Extremely reasonably priced to boot! Crisis averted and off to more adventures, thank you everyone at Eyedeal!

The people are great, the price of my glasses was less than half of what Lens Crafters was going to charge me. The frame selection is always changing so if you don’t find it go back next week
I had a great experience!! The frames are super affordable and they a huge selection. The service is also great. The new owner, James, was very friendly and fixed my broken glasses so that I would have some until my new ones came in. I highly recommend coming here if you need a pair of cute affordable glasses.

We love Eyedeal Optical! Our entire family goes there for glasses, and we'll never go anywhere else. The selection of frames is very decent, and the lenses are affordable. For a family of five, we simply couldn't afford to do glasses for the whole family anywhere else. I get great lenses at great prices, including coatings and tints.

I was in desperate need of glasses ready in just one day! Eyedeal Optical was the only place I could find to help me get glasses ASAP. Jeff and Tony were incredible to work with — they helped me pick out the perfect frames and had my glasses ready in under 20 minutes. Plus their prices were so reasonable!! Strange lady working there who was of no help at all. Never even made it in to see the doctor for my appointment.Dealt with them before but never again as it was like walking on to the set of a Three Stooges movie
I have been going to Eyedeal Optical for about 6 years. I had lasik surgery about 15 years ago and, as we all do, eventually needed reading glasses. The Optician at the clinic where I had my surgery recommended Eyedeal. He said his wife goes there and I would find a great deal since I only needed readers. Two pairs later I am going back for now distance and readers. I live in WI and come down to Rockford to have my glasses made at Eyedeal. I have my eye exam here in Janesville, then go to Eyedeal to have the glasses made.
There was a mixup on my last pair of glasses from 2 years ago, they were made for distance instead of reading (maybe that person needed new glasses? ;-} ) but the mistake was fixed, at no charge and they mailed my glasses to me at home so I didn't have to make the trip back again. If it had not been for the mix up in my glasses I would have given 5 stars.
I found out about a year ago that my oldest brother, who also lives in WI, goes to Eyedeal for his glasses as well.

Dr. Schumacher gave a bad prescription for my father James and refused to fix his mistake! The Doctor yelled at his patient and blamed it on his Cataracts. Poor service and unprofessional. He had to get a new perscription at Eye Glass World.
