Dropped off my glasses for replacement lenses on Tuesday at 5:45 P.M. and got a call Wednesday morning at 10:15 that they were ready !! James the owner is the real deal private business owner. No pressure for any expensive add on sales. Just straight forward honest fast service. Highly recommend coming here. I come from 45 minute's away and will continue to do so !

Horrible place, glasses didn't work well on my face, and i requested my refund, they refused my money back. He says I can sell this frame again, so i call my credit card company for dispute, finally i got my money back. Never go back this store, even they charge you $10 frame for $100!!!

First time. Terrible expierience. The blonde is beyond rude. The first pair of trial contacts that they gave me fit so terribly that they were almost stuck. And i just used the eyeglass prescription that they gave me to get glasses for work. Tried them out and i cant see details, including street signs, unless i get close to them. Hopefully i can get a new pair since i wasted them on a bad prescription.
They take great care of their customers. The glasses are high quality.
I have been going here for years. During this time I experience two eye doctors here. The one now, is great - he is a mega Blackhawks fan and has pictures on his phone of how he themed out his basement...I just nod my head, haha. But the doctor before this one was a mega jerk to me every time I came in. Still, this had the best prices in town. Im glad I can come here and leave here smiling now.
Great place to go and get your yearly eye exam or some new glasses! Dr. Nuccio is very friendly and explains everything and makes sure you're comfortable. The staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and good selection of glasses as well. James the owner is running a top notch place.

We spent 3 days trying to get Chad's glasses repaired. He NEEDED to work. No one would see him. You said yes and offered curb side repairs. Then you tried not charging him. I couldn't believe it! It was fine. Friendly staff but limited frames for my taste.
Cannot express how awesome it is to walk in with busted glasses and walk out with it all taken care of by such skilled, welcoming people and with new frames that fit my lenses for only $40. Mandie found a pair that fit my very thick lenses and my style in mere minutes of our arrival. With my first pair still under warranty, the new frames were only $20 dollars. She adjusted them to fit wonderfully. In this economy, the value of this place cant be beat. Thanks for the help, guys, best spot in town for glasses.
What a wonderful experience I had at Eyedeal Optical! The staff was very kind and helpful. Service was very attentive and swift. I couldn't believe the extensive selection of frames!!
