James didn’t just take word for it and encouraged us to get another opinion just to be safe. Long story short, it was a huge mess up in doctor’s office and the prescription would have been bad for my son. We got it resolved. My wife and I and our two boys all use eyedeal. This place rocks and the staff is super friendly and helpful, I came in to fix a broken lens and they fixed it within not even 2 minutes and all was good definitely recommend going here for any help with frames.
I recently purchased a couple pairs of eyeglasses from this store and I have to say, the owner was amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped my son and me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and prescription needs. The owner was also very friendly and made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great selection of eyeglasses and excellent customer service.
These guys are the bomb. I had to leave for college, so they installed my lenses and adjusted the glasses in one visit - and - did repairs that I had been slacking on getting for a while!
The frames are all more affordable than other places and, if you appreciate neutral frames styles (which is everyone who does not want their glasses to be a statement piece), you can probably find something for you here. I've checked out other places from time to time, but Eyedeal Optical is the only place in Rockford where I've found frames that I like. Not to mention, I get lots of compliments on my glasses, which are super comfy to wear. (Win-win!)
